Ultimate Frisbee

No gym for me today, I planned on it being a rest day but ended up getting some good cardio in anyways.  My friend IMed me at about 5 to play Ultimate Frisbee at 6, and shit that is a good workout.

We only played for about 1.5 hours but by the end I was dead (with taking a fair amount of breaks).  I may be able to jog for a while at a good pace but I sure can't do sprints well.  I might have to look into doing some HIIT to get in better sprinting shape for sports.

A (small) Milestone

Today I was able to do my first squat with a 45 plate on each side.  It may not seem like much but to me it's a milestone.

A little more background info on what I'm doing right now.  I just began working out again and am using Starting Strength as my program.  I'm liking the ideas behind it so far.  There aren't any good bumper plates at my gym for me to power clean with, so I'm doing other stuff instead of that.  I do curls (want them bigger arms) and different back exercises instead.

Here are my current stats:
5'9" and 190lb
Benching 100lb
Squating 135lb
Deadlifting 155lb
OHP 80lb
Curling 30lb each arm

The Plan

I'm pretty tired right now so I'm not gonna put to much up here.  I plan to detail my diet/workout/etc while I work on getting in shape.  It'll be a way for me to track myself and get any suggestions from people out there who have ideas.
